TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Business owners, representatives of a business or any person posting information on showroom.ie
hereinafter referred to as “the advertiser” who choose to advertise a Showroom or Portfolio hereinafter referred to as “a listing” on showroom.ie agree to the following terms and conditions:
The advertiser is wholly responsible for the accuracy of the information posted on the showroom.ie website.
The advertiser is asked to respond promptly to all inquiries from customers.
Showroom.ie accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information, or for any action brought against the advertiser for breach of contract by any person using the Showroom.ie facility.
Showroom.ie shall not be liable to the advertiser for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of Showroom.ie or the inability to access or use the site.
The advertiser placing a listing has a duty to ensure that all material provided complies with copyright law.
Showroom.ie accepts material in good faith and will not be held liable for any breach of copyright by the advertiser.
The advertiser retains the right of copyright over such materials, and grants Showroom.ie the right to use and modify such materials for the purpose of the listing.
Showroom.ie reserves the right to modify a listing, to remove inappropriate material or to bring the information in line with the style of Showroom.ie
Whilst Showroom.ie endeavors to ensure that this site is available continuously, it will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
The payment made by the advertiser is for a specific advertising period as outlined in the Pricing Plans from the date on which the listing goes live and shall terminate at the end of that Pricing Plan period unless renewed.
When the advertiser creates a listing and upload image(s) to it, it is entirely the advertisers responsibility to ensure that you the advertiser own the images or are licensed to use the images.
Showroom.ie and Olympus Consultancy Limited are not responsible for the images or content on a listing.
Showroom.ie reserves the right to remove listings from the site (without refund) should:
a. The advertiser misrepresent their business.
b. Showroom.ie receive complaints from customers who use a listing.
The advertiser can delete their listings at any time, however no refund will be made if removed prior to the end of a listing period.
The use of Showroom.ie and any dispute arising out of such use of Showroom.ie is subject to the laws of Ireland. Any actions or proceedings arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
You must only list your Showroom as your Business Name and not any variation of it.
